CHEER MEMBERSHIP

All cheer membership and insurance is combined as follows:

Prep squad pays £17.00 BG insurance and £ 15.00 club membership = £32.00

Competition Squad pays £17.00 BG insurance & £25.00 club membership (membership is slightly higher than prep as it costs cheer hundreds of pounds in purchasing music for comps)
= £42.00

For any cheer members that do not want to be included on the cleaning rota they will pay and extra £60 facility contribution. (the cleaning rota keeps the facility running costs low, this means an adult representative neesd to fulfil a cleaning rota duty once every 2 months for just 20 minues).

What Is Prep Squad?

You will learn all the skills for cheer stunts, tosses and also tumbles. We will start work on routines and go to events etc but will not compete. With prep squad it is ok to miss a session so if you feel you cannot commit to training every week - then prep squad is for you.

All new members will automatically be placed in prep squad. At the start of each season, members will be able to choose if they want to move in to the competition group. The transfer dates are below:

Transfer window 1: 8th Sept - 24th Sept 2015.

Transfer window 2: 10th Dec - 15th Jan 2016

Transfer window 3: 21st July - 30th July 2016

What Is Competition Squad?

This squad is open for all members to be on, however they must commit to all upcoming competitions and also to training each week.

Once given a place on Elite it is NOT yours to keep, we feel passionately that these places should be earned and anyone with bad attendance, attitude or a drop in skills can be moved back to prep squad.

Our Competition Squad have 3 competitions at the start of this season, those on the competition squad must attend every competition:

Future Cheer 15th Nov - Bolton
BCA 28-29 nov - Blackpool
UKCA 5th Dec - Manchester
