THINGS YOU'LL LEARN -
Level 1 -
Jumps: straight, tuck, star, herkey. 2 whips
Tumbling: forward & backwards rolls, front and back walkovers, round off, cartwheel
Stunts: L-stand, Thigh Stand, prep, shoulder sit, split lift, deadman, swedish falls, gut lib, gut prep.
Level 2 -
Jumps: As above + Straddle and pike. 3 whips
Tumbling: As above + dive rolls, single handsprings and 1 arm skills.
Stunts: As above + 1/2 twist mount to prep, prep level lib, 1/2 twist mount to lib, 2 foot extension, 1/4 twist craddle, shoulder stand, straight basket toss, single based to hands.
Level 3 -
Jumps: As above +whip to tumble
Tumbling: As above + Handspring series and free cartwheel.
Stunts: As above + Full twist up to prep/extension, full twist to lib, full twist down from prep/extension, twist basket, straddle/pike/X basket, double braced rotation.
Level 4 -
Jumps: As above
Tumbling: As above + somersaults
Stunts: Extended lib, extended single base, 1&1/2 twist up, double down from prep/extension, full down from lib, 2 trick basket, double down basket
Level 5 -
Jumps: As above
Tumbling: As above + single twist
Stunts: Double twist up, double down from lib, multiple trick basket, 2&1/2 twist basket, somersault basket, single braced rotation
